Following the surgery the victim was listed as being in stable condition, according to the release.
During the initial response, Brush officers learned that the suspect had been given a ride to a different area of town, where she fled on foot. Officers were able to track the suspect for some distance with the Brush Police K-9, recovering evidence along the way.
At approximately p. Monday, law enforcement received an anonymous tip about a possible edmonton exotic massage for the suspect.
After speaking with other residents in the area, officers confirmed that the suspect was in residence in the block of Edmunds Street.

The female party was transported by ambulance to Colorado Plains Medical Center in Fort Morgan, and was pronounced deceased by emergency room staff.
Authorities are not releasing the name of the victim at this time.
